Our Certified Bonsmara Tomahawk Steak (24-34 oz), also known as a bone-in ribeye steak, is picture perfect. Literally. The extra-long, french trimmed bone utilizes the same culinary technique that shapes a rack of lamb. “Frenching” means trimming the bone of meat and fat to the point where it looks like a handle. The final product resembles a Native American tomahawk axe, hence where the name is derived from. We deliver your meat directly to your door.
