Grown and fed carrots in the California foothills of the Southern Sierra Nevada Mountains.  The carrot diet makes a delicious, premium, juicy eating experience. It’s not only healthier for the cattle but much healthier for the consumer.  Santa Carota cattle are fed in large free-range pastures and never given grain, hormones, antibiotics, or mRNA vaccines.  Santa Carota Beef is a one-of-a-kind luscious beef that will leave you feeling great after your meal.

Packed frozen in our Frozen Logistics facility in an insulated, recycled box with dry ice. Order before 11 AM Central on Wednesday and it ships Thursday; after that, by the following Monday.
