At DeliveredCold, we take immense pride in our products and make every effort to ensure they reach you in optimal condition on your requested delivery date. Despite our best efforts, certain factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and transit delays once the package is with FedEx or UPS, can impact delivery timelines. It's important to note that the shipping guidelines provided on our website are not guarantees of a specific shipping or arrival date.

DeliveredCold is not accountable for delays caused by various factors, including high package volume, weather events, mechanical errors, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans, or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information. Additionally, we do not mandate a signature for the release of shipments, and the decision to leave a package at a given address rests solely with the individual delivery person, a circumstance beyond our control.

Delivery Times:

We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, as this is subject to the discretion of the local carrier. Most carriers typically deliver packages between 8 am and 10 pm. For time-sensitive events, we recommend placing orders well in advance, scheduling them to arrive at least 2 days before your event. Many of our products can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to maintain freshness.

In anticipation of high package volumes, especially during holidays or other uncontrollable events, we may choose to ship your order early to ensure it arrives in optimal condition. DeliveredCold reserves the right to adjust the arrival schedule of your order, either earlier or later than estimated, to prevent delays based on operational conditions.

Reroutes:

Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all shipping information before submitting an order and in their order confirmation email. If any changes to the delivery address are needed after your order has shipped, please contact our customer service staff at support@deliveredcold.com.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations: Once an order has shipped or entered fulfillment, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow cancellations. All packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx, and therefore, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
