Mahan Wagyu is located on a 2,500-acre ranch near Silverton, Texas, at the edge of Palo Duro Canyon. Owned by Weldon and Jennifer Mahan, our land provides the perfect environment for raising 100% Fullblood Japanese Wagyu cattle with sustainable, humane practices.

Our Fullblood Japanese Wagyu cattle are grass-fed, grain-finished, and raised without antibiotics or growth hormones. The herd, registered with the American Wagyu Association, comes from Japanese Wagyu genetics first imported to the U.S. in 1993, ensuring the finest beef quality.

At Mahan Wagyu, our goal is to provide the highest quality Japanese Wagyu beef. We dry-age our beef for 14–21 days and vacuum-seal each cut for optimal freshness, bringing the melt-in-your-mouth flavor of our Texas-raised Wagyu to your table for an unforgettable dining experience.
