Delivered Cold is the online store of Frozen Logistics, a cold-storage and fulfillment company. Independent food makers send their products to our freezers; you fill one box from many of them; our own team packs it with dry ice and ships it to arrive cold.

Our story
Frozen Logistics was founded in February 2020 to build a cold-storage facility offering storage, logistics and order fulfillment for perishable food companies nationwide. The facility opened in September 2022.
From the start we wanted to be more than a warehouse. In 2021 and 2022 we built a platform that lets you shop directly from our freezer — the products we already store and ship every day for the brands we work with. That became Delivered Cold®.

How we work
For sellers, we’re a partner, not just a channel: ranchers raising grass-fed beef, wagyu, pasture-raised chicken, pork, bison and elk, and makers of organic, gluten-free, allergen-free, keto and all-natural frozen food. We store their products, pack their orders and give them the tools to run their supply chain.
For shoppers, we’re curators. You can discover new, high-quality food that fits how you eat — and how it’s packed matters as much as what’s in the box.

How a box gets to you
Sellers deliver to our facility, where every item is held at 0°F or below. On your ship day we pack the box by hand with an insulated liner and dry ice sized for the trip, and it travels 1–3 days to your door. How it ships →
