Tom Richards and his sisters Noelle and Carrie bring their skills to raise cattle and deliver premium beef to consumers. Noelle, handles marketing and branding, while Carrie runs Richards Ranch ensuring cattle welfare. Tom manages sales, partnerships, operational logistics and customer relations.
