How far in advance should I place my order and schedule for delivery?

Want to request specific delivery dates? While we don't currently offer that option, we can expedite your order!


Here's how it works:


  • Orders placed before 11 am Thursday will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 11 am Thursday will ship on Monday.
  • Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after shipment.

How is my food packed and shipped?

At DeliveredCold, each package is meticulously curated, packed, and shipped with precision to cater to the specific requirements of each item. This ensures that the freshest and most delicious food is delivered right to your doorstep.


It's important to note that, in most cases, our frozen products may partially or fully thaw during transit. However, rest assured that our products requiring refrigeration are safe to enjoy as long as they arrive cool to the touch.


The majority of our items are shipped frozen, typically with the inclusion of dry ice or ice packs. Despite these precautions, there is still a possibility of thawing during transit.


When it comes to disposing of dry ice, please handle it with care. You can leave dry ice outside on the sidewalk, where it will often dissipate quickly if exposed to the sun. Alternatively, if left in its plastic or paper wrappings, dry ice can be placed in a sink or container to avoid any damage to surfaces. It's crucial to avoid direct contact with dry ice, so please refrain from touching it directly.

How soon can I expect my delicious food to arrive?

We're eager to get your Delivered Cold goodies to you as quickly as possible! Below is an image showing our standard delivery timeframes based on your location. Remember, these are estimates, and unforeseen circumstances like weather or shipping delays might add a few extra days (we'll keep you updated if that happens!).


Just a heads-up: We ship orders Monday through Thursday. So, if you place your order before noon CST, it'll be on its way that same day! Otherwise, it'll hop on the next available delivery truck.

How do I track my package?

Just click on it to see the exact location of your package and its estimated arrival time.
