I grew up in a Sicilian household, where we often made our own gnocchi. Unfortunately, I became too lazy to do it anymore. After trying several different types of gnocchi, both dried and frozen. Frozen gnocchi definitely is better than dried! This company is the best of all! It closely resembles my family recipe (my grandma was a Sicilian immigrant, so we really know our pasta!)!!
