Was able to sample the Casino Grocery Serrano Pepper Jack Smoked Sausage and all the others offered on Delivered Cold. Package came quickly from FedEX and packed extremely well. Casino Grocery Sausage's so far are the best packaged sausages I've ever had. They don't compete with sausages from a BBQ place but are close. Just not as big and more pork forward than beef forward. But they are all high-quality sausages loaded with cheese and made with a good casing that is not chewy. Will definitely recommend and ordering again! Great value!
