At Harvest Select we control our process from hatch to harvest. Our story begins at our hatchery where we aim to breed industry leading channel catfish to grow out on our Alabama farms. On the farms our fish are monitored day and night to ensure the best tasting, healthiest fish available.

Whether fried in traditional soul food style or sauteed with exotic sauces, Harvest Select channel catfish has the perfect mild flavor for any occasion. This US farm raised product has the Best Aquaculture Practices certification for sustainability and food safety practices.

With a wholesome diet designed to create the perfect flavor, the fish are harvested from our ponds and taken on chilled water trucks to our processing plant where they are on ice in under an hour and quickly frozen to lock in peak quality. The fish is then shipped fresh or frozen to the customers.
