Born in Vientiane, Laos, Magnoula Sinprasith never forgot the first Laotian sausages brought by visiting relatives. After emigrating to New Jersey and attending culinary school, that memory became Naga Foods: a recipe made with family pride, by a founder proud to be Laotian.
